Evaluations Available

  • Surface and subsurface oil and gas production safety valve testing
  • Sandy service flow testing
  • Clean liquid flow testing
  • Flow coefficient testing

Deliverables

  • Summaries of tested product performance
  • Preliminary test data can be e-mailed or faxed to your office within a day of testing.
  • Final test data will be forwarded within two weeks

System Capabilities

  • Fresh water flow rates to 29,000 barrels/day (845 GPM)
  • Sand slurry flow rates to 10,000 barrels/day (290 GPM)
  • Maximum operating pressure to 500 psig depending on flow rate and medium
  • Flow measurement: turbine meter, magnetic flow meter

Special Features

  • Closed circuit TV systems are available to monitor the tests
  • All recording instruments can be operated remotely

Scheduling

  • Fee schedules and a valve preparation guide are available on request
  • Tests are usually scheduled within a few days of receipt of the test valve and signed contract or purchase order
