Deliverables
- Summaries of tested product performance
- Preliminary test data can be e-mailed or faxed to your office
within a day of testing.
- Final test data will be forwarded within two weeks
System Capabilities
- Fresh water flow rates to 29,000 barrels/day (845
GPM)
- Sand slurry flow rates to 10,000 barrels/day (290
GPM)
- Maximum operating pressure to 500 psig depending
on flow rate and medium
- Flow measurement: turbine meter, magnetic flow
meter
Special Features
- Closed circuit TV systems are available to monitor the tests
- All recording instruments can be operated remotely
Scheduling
- Fee schedules and a valve preparation guide are available on
request
- Tests are usually scheduled within a few days of receipt of the
test valve and signed contract or purchase order
