immersive simulation formats.
Specialized Web-Based Training
Capabilities
SwRI engineers have particular expertise in
the rapid conversion of large numbers of classroom courses to
web delivery. For a large telecommunications client, we recently
converted more than 1,100 hours of instructor-led classroom
courses to web-based training in less than thirteen months. Our
expertise in this area has resulted in a unique and very
streamlined process for delivering training content via the
World Wide Web.
Standards-Based Technologies Capabilities
Staff at SwRI focuses on providing proven, standards-based
technologies (SCORM and Section 508). We have created processes
for rapid development and deployment of web-based training
course content. SwRI combines the skills of expert instructional
designers with custom tools developed by SwRI to reduce
development costs through increased productivity.
