Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) has maintained a liaison office in Beijing since 2005 to facilitate business opportunities stemming from China's rapidly expanding economy, business climate, transportation technology and energy needs and will coordinate activities between SwRI and clients in China and surrounding areas.
