To aid in improving quality, throughput, and cost in the area of medical manufacturing, Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) can provide a fresh look at existing manufacturing processes.

SwRI can assist in the development of prototypes for evaluation or marketing purposes.		Clients can take advantage of SwRI’s broad range of manufacturing and process design experience to improve existing processes.

For new products and process scale-up, SwRI can help with packaging design, manufacturer selection, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), process design, and automation using GMP and our certified ISO 13485 quality system to meet regulatory requirements. SwRI also maintains a prototype manufacturing facility to assist our clients with manufacturing start-up.
