Reverse and Replacement Engineering

Engineers at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) have performed design and performance improvement projects for a wide variety of radars ranging from low-power CW Doppler devices to MegaWatt pulsed "big sensor" systems such as the PARCS, Pave Paws, and Cobra Dane radars.

Other research projects involve radar-like ranging devices for wireless sensor networks and use of harmonic reflections for discrimination of active electronics.
