Program Benefits

Principles of Lean Office is a highly interactive program based on the proven continuous improvement techniques of the Toyota Production System specifically tailored for the administrative environment.

You will benefit from this comprehensive program of how lean principles can be effectively applied in non-manufacturing settings. Different types of waste will be defined from a Lean point of view.
