Advanced Systems Engineering
The Advanced Systems Engineering Group at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) develops electronic and mechanical systems from design concept to prototype fabrication. Systems integrate commercially available, state-of-the-art technology and custom design work to offer the best possible solution to customer requirements. Research and development efforts have involved embedded control systems; high-speed digital systems development; sensor and sensor system development; computer aided data acquisition, data signal analysis, and data presentation systems; graphical user interface development; and infrared system modeling and analysis.
