Call for Papers (ENDED)
The contents of the abstract must include the objectives of the study / investigation and the methodology used. It should also briefly describe the main findings and their potential applications. Sufficient information should be included for an independent reviewer to determine its suitability for the symposium.
Abstracts and papers are expected to contain descriptions of work that is significant and relevant to the symposium purposes. Documentation will be reviewed prior to acceptance by the scientific committee. Submissions should contain data and investigations that are of general interest, address problems of interdisciplinary significance, or include in-depth discussions of scientific and technical issues.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically in either Word or PDF format to email@example.com. All papers must be in English.
The short abstract must be submitted by March 14, 2014.
The final paper (5 pages minimum - no length limit) must be submitted electronically in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than August 1, 2014.
All internal reviews and organizational approvals must be completed prior to submittal. It is the responsibility of the author to protect proprietary information.
For the paper, please use these Formatting Guidelines. The final paper should be at least 5 pages long, but there is no set maximum. Please just keep in mind that the presentation time is set at a 20-minute paper session and a 10-minute Q & A period.
