Institute Quality Systems

The Institute Quality Systems (IQS) Department has more than 25 years experience in providing quality assurance consultation, audit, surveillance, and training services for U.S. and international customers. Teams of quality engineers, technologists, and certified auditors with experience from a wide variety of industries and government agencies are available for quality system development or to solve particular quality problems.

Our quality program is fully documented in Quality System Manual-1994 (addresses the requirements of ISO-9000, 1994 Edition) and Quality System Manual-2000 (addresses the requirements of ISO-9000, 2000 Edition) (1.5MB Portable Document Format file/Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and in operating procedures that have been audited and approved by outside agencies to verify the effectiveness of their implementation. Our current nuclear quality program is documented in the Program Quality Plan, Document No. PQP - Nuclear, Revision 2.
