QUALIFICATIONS:   A Technical Advisor is a part-time employee that has previously held a full-time position and has retired. Technical Advisors have held key roles in the organization and have high-value skills. The experience and skills of a Technical Advisor will vary greatly from person to person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Performs technical tasks on projects involving systems, databases and network design programs primarily within Aerospace applications.
