POSTER SESSION
Posters must be set up no later then 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
The Welcome Reception is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
Dismantling and removing posters:
All posters will be taken down after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday. If you would like to keep your poster, please have it removed before 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. NSRC and/or the University of Central Florida will not be responsible for any materials left behind after this deadline.
Poster Specifications:
- Posters = 44” square (1 m x 1m)
- Posters presentations should fit within the 44" x 44" area. Poster boards are slightly different at each meeting and may be as large as four feet square. We will arrange poster sessions by topic.
