Southwest Research Institute strives to ensure that products supplied to and services performed for clients conform to quality requirements. The Institute Quality Systems Department establishes quality policies for the Institute. SwRI is an independent, nonprofit, applied engineering and physical sciences research and development organization with 11 technical divisions using multidisciplinary approaches to problem solving. The Institute has achieved accreditation and certification to various quality programs (see List of ISO Accreditations/Certifications.)
