SUMMARY: Design and develop embedded systems software and/or hardware for a variety of military, space, and commercial applications such as network-centric systems, wireless systems, sensor networks, cyber security, high-reliability software; perform all phases of the system lifecycle, including applied research, requirements generation, design, implementation, testing, integration, installation, and documentation; interact with clients and make technical presentations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with 0 - 2 years related experience. Must have at least a 3.5 GPA. Must have strong software skills, networking/socket programming, and ability to work with hardware. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to work independently and in project team environments; good organizational skills and attention to detail; aptitude for continuous learning and leadership potential. Applicants with energy, enthusiasm, initiative and a desire to excel in their field will receive primary consideration. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
