Job Summary:

    Design, develop, qualify, manufacture, and supervise devices for inspection techniques and systems; provide input for proposals where mechanic systems are needed to meet requirements of RFP; prepare progress and final reports; meet with clients; promote work for the department.

Education/Experience:

    Requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related discipline with at least a 3.0 GPA. Must have 2-7 years of experience working with project managers in all phases of design, development, qualification, and manufacturing of devices. Must be able to work well in a group and independently; must have good writing and verbal skills; must be able to work with SolidWorks; must be able to work with Microsoft software suite; must have machinist skills. Occasional travel may be required. A valid/clear driver's license is required.

Special Considerations:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
