What is the process to apply for an additional position, if I have submitted an application within the past year?
You may apply to additional positions by logging into your SwRI applicant profile with your registered username and password. You will select “Search Job Postings”; this will provide you with a listing of all employment opportunities. Check the box associated with the position you wish to apply for and click “Apply” located at the bottom of the page.

How can I check the status of my application?
You may check the status of your application by logging into your SwRI applicant profile and selecting “Job Application Status.” Each position you have applied for will have an application status listed.

Can I apply for more than one position per application?
Yes, you can apply for up to ten positions with a single application.

I would like to apply in person. What is the address?
The main SwRI site is located at 6220 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238. Applications are accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How long will it take for me to hear back from SwRI, once I submit my application?
Our standard practice is to contact applicants if a hiring manager requests additional information or an interview. You may edit or update your application by selecting “Edit Job Application” on your SwRI applicant profile. Please see “How can I check the status of my application?” for instructions on checking the status of your application.
