Registration

Registration should be done as soon as possible. Enrollment is limited to a first-come, first-served basis. Fill out and mail the registration form with your payment or apply by letter, telephone, fax, or purchase order here online to Janet Banda, Southwest Research Institute, P.O. Box 28510, San Antonio, Texas 78228-0510. Letters of acknowledgement will be sent immediately following enrollment. Additional information will be sent approximately one month prior to the course.

Time and Place

Check-in will be 8:00 a.m. on the first day at the building 263 first floor conference room on the SwRI campus in San Antonio, Texas. Maps will be provided to all registrants. Classes will meet from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. Ample parking exists at the Institute.

Tuition/Refunds

A tuition fee of $2,950 is required to cover instruction expenses. The tuition fee covers SwRI expenses, instructors' fees, one set of lecture notes, and all handouts. Lodging, air travel, transportation, and meals are the student's responsibility. Students canceling three weeks before the course (February 10, 2014) will be assessed a $250 penalty. Students canceling after February 10, 2014 will be assessed the entire registration fee; however, student substitution is possible without incurring any penalty.
