If you are interested in NEBS (Telcordia Network Equipment-Building System) compliance testing by Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), please download the SwRI NEBS Test Quote Questionnaire (Microsoft® Word file) and fill in the applicable blanks, save it to your computer and email the completed form to jferren@swri.org.


The completed questionnaire will enable us to personalize your program.


For cost and scheduling estimates, e-mail the completed SwRI NEBS Test Quote Questionnaire to the NEBS program manager (jferren@swri.org).


Your cost and schedule will be determined based on your needs.
