SwRI Research Technologies - Elevated Temperature Testing

- Elevated Temperature Testing -

Elevated Temperature Testing
Facilities at SwRI are capable of exposing products to elevated temperatures. Moderate temperature extremes less that 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) can be accomplished in standard environmental chambers. Electric and Gas convection furnaces are available for high temperature extremes to simulate fires. A variety of heater systems are utilized to provide combination conditions such as high temperature material characterization, high temperature/pressure, and temperature/vibration testing.
