Used to identify unknown compounds occurring in chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental processes. The Thermo Spectronic Genesys 5 UV-Vis spectrophotometer operates at wavelengths between 200 and 1,110 nanometers, and allows as many as 7 samples plus a blank to be evaluated at a time.
