Overview

Introduce your front-line employees and supervisors to the concepts of the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control ) and basic Lean concepts (5S, Value Streams etc.) to generate results that are impactful, robust and sustainable.

This training covers the fundamental methodologies utilized for Lean Six Sigma problem-solving. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course covers a few of the basic improvement procedures and their necessary metrics, enabling attendees to become central team members on LSS projects. The course also allows attendees to detect wasteful activities and make necessary improvements in their day-to-day activities.
