Linda M. Boehme, CPA

 

Linda M. Boehme, CPA, serves as treasurer of Southwest Research Institute. Boehme has more than 30 years of experience in financial and project accounting, not-for-profit organization state and federal taxation, financial statement preparation and review, federal government contracting regulations, budgeting, and preparation of pricing and cost claims.

Boehme earned a master’s of business administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. She earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a certified public accountant in Texas.

As treasurer, Boehme is responsible for the accurate accounting and reporting of SwRI’s funds and operations. Previously, Boehme was the controller and was responsible for operations of the Accounting Department. Her expertise includes preparing interim and year-end financial statements and statistics, financial and cost accounting audit liaison, project setup and cost accumulation, capital asset records and transactions, general ledger entries and reconciliations, and federal and state tax and information return preparation and submission.

Boehme is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs San Antonio Chapter, and the San Antonio Association for Financial Professionals.
