Southwest Research Institute’s (SwRI) new 12-foot thermal vacuum (TVAC) can reach -180 degrees and 150 degrees Celsius, and because of its large cryogenic pumps it can depressurize in roughly an hour, in stark contrast to most chambers that take hours to reach a comparable vacuum level.
