DTIC has established an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Services, other Research and Development (R&D)-related Analytical Services, and Development of Doctrine, Tactics or Plans.

The multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a $28 Billion ceiling and a maximum nine-year ordering period.
