This webinar introduces the process of predicting fatigue life of gas turbine components. We will introduce fundamental terms, such as high-cycle fatigue and thermo-mechanical fatigue, and then discuss the process for setting up a simulation that is capable of predicting fatigue life. As part of this process, we will provide an overview of loading types, material models, and potential fatigue life models.
