Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) First Annual Event & Expo

SwRI will be exhibiting at the IFT FIRST Annual Event & Expo, booth no. 2369.

SwRI is a nonprofit, contract R&D organization with more than 70 years of experience in food-related sciences, including microencapsulation and nanoencapsulation technologies. SwRI specializes in formulation and process development offering dozens of encapsulation techniques capable of preparing capsules from 10 nm to 10 mm. Additional food-related capabilities available at SwRI include nanomaterials, antimicrobial materials, analytical chemistry, testing and failure analysis, materials engineering for food applications, and manufacturing systems.
