The Intern Experience

Intern Spotlight

One of my favorite memories is going on a client visit in a different area in San Antonio and seeing how our engineers navigate looking for new problems to solve for the client. Getting out of the office and seeing how SwRI looks to grow its business was interesting for me.

I personally really like SwRI as a company. I appreciate the Core Values, and I like how big the campus is. It feels like a college campus. I think there’s a lot of cool work that SwRI is presently doing, as well as in the past and for the future.

I've really enjoyed the freedom I've had to tackle problems myself; this has allowed me to grow my skills greatly as an engineer and learn things at my own pace. Luckily, if I ever do need help, there are always mentors available to answer questions.
