EDS Demo in the booth!

We’ll be showcasing a prototype Electrodynamic Dust Shield (EDS) and the high voltage driver electronics that power it—technology developed to actively clear lunar and Martian dust from critical surfaces like solar panels, radiators, habitats, and even spacesuits. At our booth, you’ll be able to observe artificial moon dust being expelled from a test surface, as well as the high-voltage electronics and control software that drive this technology. Find out how we can help solve your space software and hardware challenges!

“Modernizing Legacy Laboratory Control Software for Satellite Instrument Calibration,” Jacob Kovarovic

This presentation covers the redesign of a physics lab control platform for satellite instrument testing, moving from a desktop application to a web-based system with improved data handling. It will highlight key architecture choices for web interfaces, distributed operation, scalable data management, and hardware integration, along with the challenges of modernizing a mission-critical system. Attendees will see how such platforms support spacecraft development and what it takes to evolve them for future missions.
