The Adaptive Threat Environment Acquisition™ (ATHENA™) solutions are electronic warfare applications, featuring several channels with next-generation digital hardware. ATHENA achieves high instantaneous bandwidth (IBW), enabling continuous, full observation of the electromagnetic spectrum. Developed by Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), ATHENA is focused on electronic support, but it also enables electronic attack within the same hardware, decreasing size, weight and power (SWaP) of the overall system through its unique multi-functionality.
