SwRI will be exhibiting at the ASNT Annual Conference, booth no. 240.

Southwest Research Institute^® (SwRI^®) is an applied research and development organization headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. SwRI performs specialized R&D and system development for sensor systems and nondestructive evaluation (NDE) to help clients solve difficult inspection challenges. Recently, SwRI developed high-resolution corrosion mapping under pipe supports using magnetostrictive array probes, full matrix capture acquisition, and total focusing method imaging algorithms. Other technologies include remote field eddy current systems for non-piggable, small-diameter pipes; high-performance, multi-channel automated ultrasonic systems for thick wall inspection; inspection qualification; and quantitative evaluation of NDE system performance.
