Allergens Testing

Our scientists evaluate for known allergens as well as undeclared allergens in products and counterfeit products. We provide many services in food quality and safety, ranging across the food industry spectrum from the farm to the fork, including farmers, distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. We help clients investigate specific concerns ranging from evaluating flavor components, to investigating suspected intentional and unintentional food contamination, to determining the content of vitamins and other nutrients in foods and more. In support of nutrition labeling under the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act, we measure calories to determine vitamins and other nutrients.
